Swinging Mila

So I finally upgraded my 2nd gen iPod white brick to a sweet newish 2nd gen iPod black nano. Of course I added an orange Mila Case and Indie Art Jacket in preparation for a road trip to the NC mountains. But first I had to get an FM modulator so I could pump out some tunes through my car stereo. I have seen those mechanical looking arms that plug into a cigarette lighter and hold your iPod. That design seems clunky and a bit Borgish to me. So I found a nice one from Audiobug that just plugged into the lighter and connected to my iPod via wire into the headphone jack. Very unobtrusive. Now my iPod hangs from the vent in my car with my handy Mila car clip. No erector set iPod holder required.

Cruising the Blueridge Parkway during Thanksgiving holiday with my Mila iPod swinging on each curve made me regret not upgrading sooner. So now my iPod…. wait for it…..has a new twist on swing music. Beth made me say this.
