Known as the Bloomsbury Estates, this building sits at the edge of Boylan Heights in Raleigh. Designed with bizarre Victorian architectural references by Perkins & Will in Chicago, this building certainly needs a more fitting name. Take the poll and give us your opinion. Skyscrapers are about to shoot into the sky to almost twice the height of the current tallest building in the world, which happens to be the Taipei 101 at 508m if you include the spire.
